What are the ordering procedures?

If the customer wants to buy any particular Videos Video, TV Serial or Movie they can just click on the name of the product. Then it appears in a single page with description, preview sample and a button named “Add to cart”. In this page, you can preview a 30 second clip of the Videos Video and TV Serial in order to help you decide whether you like this digital product or not. If you want to buy this digital product, you can simply click on “Add to cart”. This will put the item in your virtual shopping cart and you will be notified of the contents of the cart by a popup screen. After this, you can go on adding other items of your choice to your shopping cart in the same way. Adding items to your shopping cart does not necessarily mean you have to buy them all. You can always remove items later on or keep the items in your cart to buy it later.

In order to aid selection of digital products, all the items are arranged as per genre which can be seen on the left side of the screen. There are categories such as Aadhunik, Pop and Rock etc.

3.   Registration

You don’t have to register in order to view the digital praoducts or even preview the samples. However, after you put them in your cart and want to purchase them, you will have to click on “Check out”. Only after that will you be asked to log in through your user id and password and if this is your first time, you will have to register in the site. Please note that the current user details of Muncha.com is also valid here. Hence, if you are an existing user at Muncha.com, you will not have to create a new account here.

In order to purchase digital downloads, you have to be a registered user. If you are not registered, you can do it for free at our home page. The registration option appears in the top right side of our homepage, just click on “My Account” and complete the registration. If you are already registered with video.muncha.com enter your "user name (Which is your email address)" and "password" to login. A registered user can view his/her account dashboard, account information, address book, his/her orders, his/her product reviews, his/her tag, newsletter subscriptions, his/her wishlist, and his/her downloadable products. We also have a feature through which even after adding items to your shopping cart you can buy it later. So make sure you remember your user id and password so that you can always see what items you added to your shopping cart but did not purchase.

If you forgot your password, click “Forgot your password” option and we will send you a new password in the email address provided to us during registration. However, you will be prompted to register when you click on “Check out”.
